working in partnership- each and every client will receive as standard:
- A comprehensive psychosocial assessment to establish the root causes and themes underlying the presenting issues.
- A tailor made plan of intervention which targets the root causes and builds on the strengths and resources held by the client.
- Each session will ensure that the planned treatment is implemented, then evaluated and updated in partnership with the individual.
