Ruth is a Clinical Therapist and experienced Mental Health Professional (RMN) with over 20 years of experience working with other in therapeutic settings.

Her Hypnotherapy and NLP expertise lies in specialised mental health treatment and support, and she utilises her extensive experience to develop bespoke clinical solutions targeting stress, anxiety, phobias, emotional and mood related issues.

Ruth also has a specialist interest in women's health and holds additional qualifications in Menopause Support and Hypnosis and Psychotherapy for Fertility.

As keen amateur musician Ruth can also work creatively and weave coaching models into her therapeutic practice to help musicians, artists and sports persons overcome performance anxiety/nerves, or to maximise their concentration and performance.
